A few months ago my buddy asked me for help building him a daemon prince for his LVO list. Here is what resulted. 
I started with an old balrog kit and added bits and bobs as well as a bit of jewlers chain to created the desired effect
My personal favorite bit is the rotting jaw.
My version of the black mace... Yes I realize it's no longer a mace.
